About this site

The objective of this website is to provide information about the 472 kHz (or 630 m) ham band, for newcomers as well as for advanced users.

Although 472 kHz is a "young" band (available since 2012) there is already plenty of information available, but it is scattered all over the web.
Here you will find introductions to relevant subjects and references to other sites for more detailed information, rather than an encyclopaedia of all information available on the web.

In addition there are some tools that might be useful:

In order to be listed in the "Who is who" or "Who is active now" and use the "Information board" you need to be a registered user and log in on this site.

If you feel that something is missing here or that some of the information is incomplete or wrong, please contact .
